"He’s a licensed, credentialed architect, and there’s not a lot of registered architects in Omaha. Most of the houses aren’t architecturally drawn. There’s a lot of drafters which is a big aspect of the home market. It’s not so much a criticism of the market. It’s just the reality. People might not work with Steven because of the additional cost, and the dynamic might be challenging if the homeowner starts with the builder or already has a builder."
